Do you find it annoying spambots registering and posting aload of rubbish

Now time to put a stop to them

In AdminCp

Select Management Tab

Under Users and Groups look for

Wow, what a fantastic little add-on, as I have new registrations set up for admin validation and check out each one individually, I don't generally have a problem, but this should help stop them getting through in the first place :D

Thanks Sparky and Destiny, nice one (IMG:style_emoticons/default/HappyHearts.gif)

I've been using this feature for years and mine is a little different, but the same in principle and purpose.

I use "Drop Down Box" with the correct "Expected Input Format" answer entered in the field, but in the "Option Content (for drop downs)" I enter several values so that the member registering has to not only understand the math question, but use the drop down box to select the correct answer. This requires a human step to use the drop down and select the correct answer.

I also change the math question and the answer periodically from time to time to mix things up.
